Harshavani Inauguration Ceremony
The inauguration of Harshavani was carried out by Adult Education Minister Krishnappa in 1996 at Ravindra Kalakshetra's Lounge in Bangalore. With them are Rabindranath Tagore, Commissioner of Information Department, NR Shetty, Vice Chancellor of Bangalore University, Vedavas Bhat, Dr. B. K. Ravi. The inaugural function of the newspaper was carried out under the patronage of editor KL Ravishankar Upadhya. ಹರ್ಷ ವಾಣಿ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಸಮಾರಂಭ, 1996, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರವೀಂದ್ರ ಕಲಾಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪಡಸಾಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಸರಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ವಯಸ್ಕರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವ ಕೃಷ್ಣಪ್ಪ ರವರಿಂದ ನೆರವೇರಿತು. ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ತಾ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ರವೀಂದ್ರನಾಥ್ ಟ್ಯಾಗೋರ್, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾನಿಲಯದ ಉಪಕುಲಪತಿ ಎನ್ .ಆರ್ .ಶೆಟ್ಟಿಯವರು, ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ವೇದವ್ಯಾಸ್ ಭಟ್ ರವರು, ಪತ್ರಿಕೋದ್ಯಮದ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ಡಾ.B. K. ರವಿಯವರು ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಸಂಪಾದಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಕೆ.ಎಲ್ ರವಿಶಂಕರ ಉಪಾಧ್ಯರ ನೇತೃತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಯ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನೆರವೇರಿತು.
